Has anyone returned supplies to edgepark?

I was just wondering, because i bought two boxes of the convatec moldable flanges and my stoma is apparently still shrinking. I think they may b too big (theyr medium sized). I wanted to check and see if they might let me return the unopened box for the small flange. What do you guys think? are they helpful? do they allow returns?
