Dr. Eiman Firoozmand, Beverly Hills, CA

I've posted this on another conversation tag, but thought I would post it here as well.

I am brand spanking new to this forum, but it looks as though I may have found a new home. My new surgeon is Dr. Eiman Firoozmand. I have had two appointments with him so far. We're discussing treatment options (surgical and non-surgical). I would love to hear if anyone else has any experience with him. What did you like and dislike about him? Do you feel he was a good surgeon? Any information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated because I find him somewhat difficult to "read." Thank you again for your help!

what a great doctor, in my opinion...

he did my temporary ileostomy back in April of last year, and will probably do my total rectal/colon removal and switch to a permanent ostomy when the time comes....

Dr. Firoozmand doesn't know it, but i really thank God for that man being here to be my surgeon....and I am not really religious,

I not only thought he was great talking to me about my options, but I think the other surgeons in his office are amazing also. when I had my surgery, I also had setons placed in all the fistulas I have down south, it took all three of the docs in his office helping and they did a phenomenal job.

I hope you get my feedback and let me know how it goes with him.

plus, enjoy yourself when you go to his office and do some shopping on Rodeo drive or stop at one of those cool cafes in the area....i feel so privileged having a doctor with a Bev Hills address, lame, I know, but sometimes it's the little things....hehe...
