Hi everone,

some of you may know who i am others might not.

i had my ileo in jan with complications, am well now but i wanted to know what makes your output watery, and i mean watery. i know the things your supposed to eat to help, and i know some of you might think that by now i should know my body, but really i can't put my finger on it, and when it is watery it stings on my skin cos my skin gets bad sad ,so i would like to know.

You had your ileo done in January. This is only July. Give it some time. My doctor told me that the recovery period would be 6 - 8 weeks and that I could eat anything I wanted. Ha! How about more than a year!. Its a whole new life and you and your body have to adjust. You will develop mental triggers along the way and in time you will even forget you have the ileo.

sorry for not makin myself clear, i don't have watery output all the time, i just wanted to know what makes your output watry, by the way i'm loving havin my ileo cos i feel so much better than b4 tanx again.

I am not sure if this might be the source of your problems but I have noticed that my output gets waterier (is that a word? LOL) if I have too much time between eating something.  It doesn't have to be a meal just a snack or even crackers to give my stomach something to digest.
