Not urinating

I've been drinking plenty of water, yet I only urinate once a day.  This started after I had an old suture removed as an out patient, then had a small intestine follow through done after drinking Gastrografin ( I wouldn't let them give me barium and I ended up staying overnight in the hospital for dehydration.) and now my motility is practically nothing.  I'm bloated and in considerable pain, yet all the doctors find nothing wrong.  My small intestine is supposedly clear.  What are they missing?

Jan625, you could be retaining fluid and this could be slowing your urine down. Have you check with your doctor about edema. Even some Diabetics have problems with urinating. Just a couple things to consider.
