illyostomy

i have an illyostomy and i have sevire rectal pain to i get these crystal like things in my rectum

i dont know whats going on can anyone give me advice

the sloshing and pain is something you might want to see a doctor about.  As far as the crystals go, it sounds like mucus balls.  Your rectum can continue to produce mucus (the body's natural lubricant) even after an ileostomy.  The mucus, after staying in that area for longer then nature intended (it normally would be flushed regularly with bowel movements), dries out and forms anywhere from a paste to an actual hard form prior to it being passed.  Your rectal pain and even your sloshing may have something to due with mucus build-up but to be on the safe side I would check with your doctor.
