bed time tips (for those with an ostomy)

I used to have to wake up during the night to empty my bag, but now I use irrigation sleeves, they are long bags, they go down to my knee so I also have a Velcro strap to keep it attached to my leg so it doesn't get pulled off, it works extremely well
I suggest for you all to try it!
