Do you still have to watch what you eat or since your colon is gone, is the IBS gone too?

I had IBS and UC. Since losing my colon I lost both the IBS and the UC. I eat everything much like a normal person.

Well, my dx is Crohn's so I am not cured...BUT I eat anything I want and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Oh, I should add...no meds!
