GAH! Still no bowel movement! 48 hours later..

I posted a post a little ways down.. still no bowel movement...

It's been 48 hours.. no pain, I'm drinking miralax again, I'm STARTING to pass little hard nuggets...about 5 or 6. I hope that the other end is ok.. Everytime I put a wafer on, it's curling up around the stoma and looks like it's restricting the stoma from working. I'm going to change it again before bed...maybe it'll start working during the night.. of course I'm worried I'm going to overflow now..

Any suggestions?

Yup, it's moldable, and I now remember the Convatec lady telling me it would turtleneck. My stoma (since Sunday) seems to be varying in size all of a sudden though...hmm... I'm sure this new wafer today will need changed tonight unless my stoma expands a bit.

Btw, I did start passing stool LAST NIGHT! Whew! Now, I am having some diarhea from the Miralax, but I guess that is better than the opposite...
