So, the ridiculous pain I was having last week was thankfully not an abscess! Instead I have two ovarian cysts that grew really large when I went off birth control. So relieved it wasn't crohn's / abscess related but wondering how I am supposed to get pregnant if I have to be on birth control?!

you can probably have those cyts taken care of then after that not take the pill anymore.

Its not uncommon for women to get cysts when they ovulate or just randomly for that matter.

anyway, glad you are arent having an abcess and hope you can get pregnant soon!
