hemmorhoids, bumps around my illeostomy stoma

Hi: I have what appear to be hemmorhoids, bumps around my illeostomy stoma. right where the paste typically covers (right at the spot of the skin and where the stoma protrudes) I am going to remove my bag to show my doc this week, who previously said i will be sent to dermatologist.. Any advise on the treatment, and if they really are heemies as the appear to have cauliflauer- like appearance although very small on each hemmie , ty.
