I eat considerable amounts of salt, I would say 4g/day avg. Sometimes up to 8g. Lack of salt makes me tired...I'll eat some salt (like 1/2tsp) plain-out-of-the-shaker and I"ll feel almost instantly better. If I get up quickly and feel dizzy, eating salt will make this go away. I find too if I feel hungry, but know I've eaten enough, that it's just my body asking for salt. So I'll eat some and the hunger feeling goes away. Never was like this pre-op. I only eat the coarse sea salt since it has little if any additivies. The fine grind will have tons of added chemicals in it, even fine grind sea salt. I would say I drink about 6L of water daily.
