Does anyone else do Yoga? and does this cause any leaks? I usually jog, but I fractured my foot so I am looking for something else to do.

i was doing it on the wii fit, probably not exactly like what you would do with a teacher, but having no problems! i got bored with it though, and have taken up the insanity workout! OMG its killing me, lol
But i hasnt caused any leaks.
When in 2009 did you have your surgery? i would say if it was late in the year that you may want to be careful with some of the moves that involve strecthicng the stomach alot.

I had my surgery in February of 2009. I am still quite careful, the cobra seems to feel very different from before surgery. I am doing the wii fit too. I cant seem to fit a class in. What is the insanity work out? Does it require foot work? This broken foot is killing me. I missed last years ski season because of UC, this year I broke my foot the first day of our ski vacation...I have also been training for the Vancouver 1/2 marathon in May. Oh well next year...

oh yes insanity requires much footwork, lol. the people in the workout video, and the guy doing the training have to rest during it,lol. I was telling you about
it though, because its alot of movement and sweating and twisting and it doesnt cause any leaks.
I cant do that cobra one, i tried its too hard for me! My fav is the sun salutation! I think you would be fine to do the stomach stretches by now though. Just go slowly. But it will feel differently at first, mostly because your muscles are weaker and need time to get back to normal strength.
