I am somewhat new to running
I am following Jeff Galloway's program and I am up to 55 minutes twice a week and on the third day I run a distance no matter how long it takes
I am not new to this plumbing, but I am having a hard time figuring out what I need to eat before so I have the energy to get through the run. I am eating carbs but they are not highly processed and I am wondering if that is the issue. I am hydrating (Vitalyte...thanks suebear!) and that makes a difference...much better than plain water.
So I guess my question is: What do you eat??? And, how soon do you run after eating???
