Question about going back to work

So I'm in an odd situation. The place I used to work for is hiring people and I applied and just had a phone interview today. She seemed very interested and since my skills are also the same for another higher level position (math/programming stuff which I was also very interested in) she is going to give the information to the hiring manager and get back to me by the end of the week.

Anyway, my takedown is also coming up towards the end of August (which I may see if I can get that moved up). So I'm wondering how this will all play out, lol. What is the average time after takedown that I would need before returning to work.
I can't imagine it would be that long since I've been doing the kegals religiously and exercising and now I feel completely like my old self again.

i was physically able to do most things within 1 week of my surgery barring heavy lifting, etc. Like most people will say, it is all dependent on the person. The recovery is a lot quicker. I was in the hospital for 4 days and was up and about driving, etc withing 7 days. I am sure you could start doing work with that time frame.
