Thanks for your good wishes. I hope you never have to have this surgery either, but I really didn't have much of a choice. All in all, I believe I made the right decision. At least now I can make plans and go places without worrying about having an accident. My surgeon said there are many instances of minor complications with this surgery and I suppose I am one of those who experience these complications. Not the end of the world, just have to roll with the punches
