Itchiness

So for a day or so now my entire area around and under my wafer has been extremely itchy.  At first I thought maybe there was a leak under there and I would need to change the entire piece but since it had only been two days since my last change I tried to wait it out.  Then during the night the itchiness became too much for me.  There were no signs of leak on the wafer but I got up around 3 AM and took a shower and changed everything.  It was good for a few hours, but here I am again with the itchiness intensifying. 

I am not sure if I am applying my wafer incorrectly or something else is the issue.  Any thoughts?

I was always itchy. I did leak a lot, but even without a leak, I would itch and my skin would be all red and irritated. Having anything on my skin all the time just irritated it, since I have sensitive skin

Benedryl helps my itchiness. Perhaps I should look at why it itches instead of attacking the symptoms but benedryl almost always helps me!

I have noticed I am itchy for 2 days after a new change and then it miraculously goes away and no more itching until my next change. Because of this, I try to wear my wafer for up to 7 days...but, I am thinking my skin may extra sensitive to the allkare protective wipes and the allkare adhesive remover wipes. Once I did not use either and had no itchiness.....I just realized this could be my problem this last change and will not use either my next change.

I believe someone commented "less is more" and I am beginning to think that may apply to me.
