Alright i went in for my surgery everything seemed fine until i woke up. Once i woke up from the surgery my blood pressure they said was 200 over 80 idk what that ment. so anywho they moved me to intensive care. while on the way to the intensive care until the nurse hit 5 walls/doors. "one coming out of the elevator, three walls and they basically rammed the door going in." i may of been slightly asleep but i remembered plus my dad talked about
it.
also while i was there i guess i had a bad reaction to the morphine and broke out in red looking spots on my chest. the nurse wanted to clean off some stuff around my stoma. asked something from this guy nurse who looked a little mad idk what his deal was but when he
opened a small door to get something he threw the door
open and it hit my bed.
after 6 hours in intensive care they moved me the my recovery room again hit walls on the way there. after a few hours around 11pm. the room was 55f "temp" super cold and it turned out the thing to change the temp was broken. so we moved to a diff room.
when it came to removing my catheter i wanted to wait an extra 30 mins the nurse asked why i said i just didnt want to risk having to get another one and that i also had a problem with one before. she said it would be fine and it would only take 5 seconds to take out. when she started to pull it out IT GOT STUCK! she kept moving it back and forth. she went and got another nurse who did the same no luck getting it out. they went and tryed to find a doctor a long time later he comes in and says "all we can do is pull it out really fast" they did so..
During that time it took around 45 minutes! "hmm 5 seconds my butt"
also when i was more awake i noticed that one staple was put in about
2 inch's away from where they
opened me.. i thought wth...
anywho those were some experiences i had while i was there. it sucked..

David, I am sorry that you had these problems. However, they are now in the past. Put them there. Tomorrow will be a much better day!

Where did you have your surgery done at? Shop Rite? ;) just kidding!!! I am sorry you went through all of this. I know I had my fair share of complaints and I am sure there are plenty of folks here that would say the same. It will get better!

I was just going to say the same thing as Anthony? K-Mart? Rite-Aid? Sure hope the surgery was done better than the recovery care!
Hope things look up from here.
