Need some advice

I have a question, I have a rectal stump but not attached to anything, I have had some mucus drainage but lately I have had excessive drainage with a really foul smell and now I have blood with it. How can this be if I am not connected. I dont have colitis or crohns. is this something I should worry about?

 

Its been six months and never has been this bad until now, the problem is, I still have the recto-vaginal fistula as well that they havent fixed so its draining into the vaginal area and i keep getting infections, again not understanding why since there is no stool. Sighs, I have a surgery consult on sept 28. I have a new tumor in my bladder and one in my uterus both being benign but my endometrial biopsy is coming back with atypical complex hyperplasia which Im being told is precancerous cells and with my history they want to do a hysterectomy. Im being told they can fix the fistula at the same time and sending me to a urogynecologist.
