Thought I would not have this problem after being off prednisone for about a month now, but I still have insomnia. Would it be ok to try Benedryl? It wouldn't come out whole in the bag, would it?

Get the Benadryl in the caplets so the dissolve right away....I take 2 of them every night with my Lunesta....ask your doc for a sleep aid to help you out..
