Pain

 Im going to try not to sound sappy, but Im tired and depressed. I have 2 inches left of my colon with a permanant colostomy attached to the transverse colon. Recently they have found tumors in my uterus and my bladder so I go into surgery on Monday. They will be doing a total hysterectomy, removing the bladder tumors and fixing the rectal vaginal fistula. Now, starting last Saturday I have had this horrible pain in in my upper abdomen. My cbc was good, I havent gon into the doctor because Im afraid they will cancel my surgery and right now Im not urinating on my own, I am having to cath. I first thought maybe it was a blockage, I went to clear liquids and stool softners and laxative, stoma is working fine, good output. I literally feel like someone kicked me in my stomach. Any suggestions, should I call my surgeon, Im just scared.
