cant get it up now

my sisters step son had a colostomy bag put in due to cancer in his colon. and recently had it reversed and now cant get it up.. this is normal and did any one else have this happen and did it ever come to full function later.

I've recently had surgery but fortunately, don't have this problem.

Erectile dysfunction may happen as a result of the surgery due to physical injury, but please note that psychological factors may also come into play regarding this condition. Please implore your sister's step son to explore both the physical and mental health issues regarding his condition.

I believe we were told that this could happen and very often be only temporary after surgery. How long ago was the surgery? I agree with Dart and I hope the doctors are looking into all possibilities.
