What do ileostomates do about low vitamin K1?

I have an ileostomy due to irreversible colon and rectum damage from a surgery done in 2006 which necessitated the 2007 ileostomy.

I have low vitamin K1 due to having no use of colon flora which produces K1, can't eat green leafy vegetables because these would give me stomal blockages, and have been crushing enteric coated K1 pills and sprinkling the pill powder in cereal etc. This did bring the K1 levels up a bit, but not much. I bruise easily and have nose bleeds off and on.

I wondered, has anyone found any liquid K1 supplements or any K1 in easy dissolve capsule form?
