Then there is this book called Saving Our Bones that says that all these marketed bone drugs actually stop the natural regeneration of bone cells, densens what we currently have, then after 10 years we have OLD brittle bone that is dense, rather than less dense but pliable newly regenerated bone that is less likely to break if we fall.
So how the heck are we supposed to make a decision. Since my gut surgery in 2006 that upon review was not needed, done wrong, ended up with all guts scarred in and am lucky to be alive as an ileostomate, I say if something isn't killing me, then I don't deal with it. I have this thyroid goiter that I plan to just keep unless it shuts off my airway.
