I hope your take down works.
How is the gas? I have been taking gas x and still I wake up with the bag looking like it is going to burst.

Hi Abby;
I had colorectal surgery four years ago and now have a stoma and pouch. I have found that is was easier to change my diet quite a bit and I take two imodium every morning for diarhea, gas and bloating. It really does a good job but I am learning by reading the posts that it is different for everyone. I can't eat much beef, hardly any veggies and alcohol is a problem. So I find myself eating a lot of bananas, chicken, rice and I love goldfish crackers and pretzels. Did I mention water? Lots and lots of water.
Hopefully this helps.

Track your food, take Gas X... if it continues - see your doctor. You could have an infection.

gas x but its important to take it before the gas starts! so like when you wake up, take two then mid day take two more
the box says max four a day, but ask your dr they told me more was ok.
