I eat ThinkThin bars. 20 grams of protein, no gluten, and no sugar. I actually think they taste great (chocolate peanut butter) and they satisfy my craving for sugar. It has no negative impact on my output.

The Think Thin bars are my favorite too. After surgery, my protein levels got a little low so my surgeon wanted me to eat a lot of it. I liked that these bars gave me 20 grams and did not change my output at all. I also use soy milk in my protein shakes with no problems.
