Hey....I want to share a video that my son, Dillon, and his brother made on the weekend. To those of you that are in the early days following surgery or in the terrible days leading up to it have a look at Dillon...he is in the green/yellow/pink bathing suit. Two years ago he as SO sick and lived on the couch. I promise that there are better days ahead! turn

Thank you so much for that! It really lifted my spirits to see! We're still having some troubles here recovering from surgery #2 of 3. ElddiReMsihT is still working on getting the appetite back as the antihistimine they put her on began to lose effectiveness and her weight is very low. There are a few other issues as well so it helps to see your son living his life to the fullest AND HAVING FUN!!! We want fun!

     So happy for you.  I know what you went through with Dillion and the toll it takes on you.  Happy for him also. 

  Hey he is cute.  I have a 16 year old daughter.  Ha  Ha.  Hope you both enjoy your summer.

Thanks Everyone.....yes it is great to see him so well

Rachel's Mom....Dillon also had A LOT of trouble between surgery 2 and 3. His loop ileostomy obstructed almost constantly. He was actually in the hospital almost the whole time between those two surgeries. How long until the next surgery? I promise your fun days will be here before you know it.

So glad to see him doing so well. I remember his early days pre-surgery and just after. Great that he is enjoying life again!

Bennie....so glad to hear from you! You and Bratcat were our inspiration when Dillon was so sick. I hope that your family is doing well and that you are finding some peace after the loss of your husband. I would love to hear an update.
