Hi all,
In trying to reduce my processed carbs and sugars, I'm looking into more whole wheat and stuff like that. My problem is I've lived so long with Crohn's trying to avoid things that were so fibrous, and now I'm trying to eat them! It's scaring me because of the ostomy.
So, does anyone have any experience with the following?
1. Frosted mini-wheats/shredded wheat
2. Oats/oatmeal
3. Whole wheat breads (even the kind with little seeds and things in them)
I know everyone's different and I'll just need to try them for myself but I'd feel better prepared after hearing from all of you. :)
