temp nephrostomy

Does anyone have a nephrostomy? I had one put yesterday due to ureter obstruction/kidney stone. It hurts so bad I cant get comfortable laying down do to the pressure on the tubing. Not to mention I have no idea how to care for it. I just feel alone and at this point dont know how long I have to have it...and school stars next week
