So the darling lady in the ostomy department of the store where I by my supplies got me some samples of convatac because I haven't been liking my Hollister new stuff.
My Bubbles (stoma's name) is on my right side and the best spot imagineable. Saying that, I am very short person and bags that are too big are a problem sometimes. Bed I'll wear the big size so it has room in the night and doesn't inflate too big. I wear the small size and like them, but then I have to empty lots more.
Anyway to the point- these bags have interesting shape. Not straight down but slanted to the center of my body. That does not work well?!? Maybe they gave me ones for the wrong side? It bunches way to much in a pair of pants and I feel like umm...I have a guy part or something!! I know she asked which side I had my stoma on so I'm thinking it makes a difference?
Any help from those that wear this kind? Thanks for any insights you have.
