Just wanted to update everyone that Dillon had his yearly check-up with the surgeon and she is still thrilled at how well he has and is doing.
For all of you out there that are struggling we are proof that there are indeed better days ahead!

Great news!!
We are just starting our journey. Hopefully we will have the same positive results a year from now!

So glad to hear! I think of his success story often and so enjoyed the video you posted earlier this year. Good to see him enjoying himself so! Thanks also for the kind words you had for my daughter earlier today. It's easy to worry about
every little thing. I guess we're all just used to the other shoe dropping and it's going to take some time to not jump to the worst case scenario every time things aren't wonderful. Of course, we will keep an eye on things but we need to learn to breathe a bit and learn to take things in stride. Recovery has its ups and downs but so far it's been mostly up. Appreciate seeing and hearing about
good end results! ~Lynn
