stomache pain

so i have an ileo loop collectomy does anyone who have this get stomach pain ??????? and how do i know if i go out my rectum its mucus or ppop because when i flush it doesnt spread out and everything like the muchus did?!!!!

Sorry no answer, but just wondering how you decided on surgery. Are you pleased?

well since im 17 and will be turning 18 soon i knew that i didnt want to take all that medicine in my 20's and i hate explaning everything everytime so i asked my doctor if i can get the surgery i was simply tired of taking so many pils a day.
I decided though on my instincts i am pleased although i have to rember my body has to recover other than that im glad i got it but in the begining i would cry because its such a drastic chnge but definetly worth it for a while i though about kepping the bag lol.

How much pain are you in?

Also with a loop ileo it is possible for poop to backslide down the afferent loop one of the complications of the loop. Try to capture what comes out in the bathtub, then maybe ask your doc if it is poop or mucous. SOmetimes mucous can clot and be brown and solid. So don't assume the worst.

Is the pain in spasms around your belly button that is the type that indicates small bowel obstruction. Lesser pain that just comes then goes can just be trapped gas like anyone can have. See how this progresses. Good luck. Rosemary

thanks im going to the doctor thursday the belly pain when it comes hurts bad and i cant focuse and im uncomfortable.....so wich would that be.
