When do you take Miralax?

Hi All, I've been doing well since my surgery about 3 weeks ago. (total colectomy with ileorectal anastamosis)

I am experimenting with foods and some days are great, some days are ok, and some days are slow (BM wise) So I was thinking of trying some miralax if I run into a couple of slow days. I was wondering, for anyone who takes it, what time of day do you take it? My instinct tells me to take it at night, but I've read that some people take it in the morning, and I was wondering if there was a reason for that.
