New vocabulary: colectomized

 o I visited the surgeon today, to talk about the next step. First I was interviewed by a young surgeon before mine came in the room. I'm going to do my best to translate into English what he said in German: So, you have been colectomized.

Has anyone heard that before?

German: Kolektomiert.

I lived in this house in Tel Aviv, where years before this infamous theater critic lived named Gamzou. He was famous for killing people through the criticism he wrote. So they turned his name into a verb for "assassination by criticism" I'm trying to remember the verb: lamed-gimmel-zain? L'igmoz, I think. So english would be ligmorize? Have you heard this and do I remember it correctly?
