about
the mucous... you said you can hold it in for about
an hour, since the 2nd OP. After the first OP, I could hold it for a relatively long time, never an accident, but sometimes the pressure could get strong. Since the 2nd op on DEc. 16th, a bit of mucous just comes out of me, whether I'm standing or moving, and then if there is mucous there when I'mon the toilet anyway, it comes out without my having to release it. Does this sound bad to you? Why have my sphincters changed?

This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your sphincter.

Thanks, Suebear, but I guess I should be getting seriously into the kegels!

I think it's different for everyone, I don't think it mean anything is wrong. Kegels are typically always a good thing to do even when nothing is wrong.
