Icthing like crazy under part that sticks to skin

I really want to rip the bag off. I know it's just because my skin is dry but I can't put any lotion there or the bag won't stick. Can't scratch through the seal.

UGH i remeber that felling!!!!! something i always thought of doing but never did was to take some imodium take that bag off and just sit in the tub with warm water or get creative and put a swim suit on in case your stoma starts to become active! lol i never did it but always thought about doing i definetly think the skin around that area needs breathing time i use to always joke with my mom and say im not wearin the bag to sleep ill just throw the bankets away in the morning if your bag is permanat GO FOR it because that art of your skin breaths for about 30 min. at the most 1x or 2x a week so just take it off and let LIFE HAPPEN lol

B'D on occasion I get one or two absolutely bloody spots under the wafer, not a rash, just one or two spots that cannot take it any more. I put a tiny piece of kleenex on those specific areas then put on the wafer after the protective wipe. I give the protected areas a break from everything. They heal until time for the next change. Usually for me itching is a sign that it's time to change the bag. Hope you get some relief.

I get itchy spots under my wafer sometimes too. Like Rosemary, mine aren't a rash... just a pimple-like spot or two that itch. I usually swab over them with a little bit of Cavillon skin barrier prep before putting a new appliance on and they go away by the next change.
