Any advice on the right approach to caring for an inverted stoma .My friends mother has the situation and they know I have a colosmy and so they have asked me for advise.Any opinions out there would be appreciated.Everyone have a nice day

Convexity wafer. I think every company makes them, there is one in particular that is more convex than the others, someone else will have to come up with the name of the company because don't know.
Does your friend's mother have a stoma nurse? The nurse is the one to know which bags are best.

Yes she has a stoma nurse but I found when I was in the same hospital with the same stoma nurses their advise seemed limited.I realize that my ostomy was fairly sraight forward when I left the hospital I was not equipedwith good info.Just trying to help my friend.

I can only repeat: she has to get the most convex wafered bag that is produced. I think Pancakes on this forum was using one before takedown, it was from a less known company and I don't know that name of it.
