Book recommendation for Ostomates and Others

I've found this book very helpful. I have permanent colostomy bag (since Jan,2012) and have had much trouble and pain with intestinal blockage issues, but thankfully improving of late.
"The New Eating Right For a Bad Gut" by James Scala, PhD. (A Plume Book). Hope it helps.
