How can they not be getting the seriousness of a stomal stenosis?

I am so in bad shape. I just woke up sooo hungry and hoping I can get back to sleep after having some orange juice, milk and water. Hardly anything passed last night into my bag. What did pass was so thick and I had had hardly anything to eat late. I had some chocolate which I have to stop. I just do not have a clue how my current hospital is not picking up on the seriousness of my stenosis. I am just praying I make it to Tuesday to have the ileoscopy. AND when they find the severe stenosis that they DO something about it.

NYC MT. Sinai the next week after memorial day, but I am so weak. Am staying at the current place over night but if they do nothing I am wondering if I can get ambulance transport to Mt. Sinai or Beth Israel in NYC from Burlington, MA where my current place is. It seems inconceivable to me that a top hospital such as the one I am dealing with does not recognize the seriousness of my issue. IF they do not want to deal or cannot for whatever reason, it is their job to pass me on to somewhere who can. I am glad I have started making the NYC contacts. This has to be dealt with. Rosemary
