I have trouble with excessive gas after eating pasta. Does anyon else have this issue and if so what do you do to reduce the gas. I don't want to have to give up pasta. Any suggestions would be great.

Try gluten-free pasta. It feels very different in the stomache. You may have a slight intolerance and that4s why all the gas.

I ate lasagna for lunch yesterday and had a puffy pouch a few hours later. I think it was the onions in the sauce that did it for me.
