chronic radiation entero-cholitis

I am a 53 yr old female, diagnosed with rare anal canal cancer in 1/01,tumor removed,followed by in hospital continuous chemo and 5wks radiation.Unfortunately I sustained very serious burns externally and internally.By 3/02 after suffering continuous diarrhea,malnutrition,dyhydration,and severe illness, i was hospitalized and tested for 10 days with no conclusion.On 10th day was dying and had gone into renal failure resulting in emergency surgery that evening by my colorectal surgeon.At that time he gutted my ab and went through my entire system and found 2ft of over radiated small intestine.The small intest had been looped in my pelvis bone and died from rad and was full of gangrene.I have never bounced back.Part of intestine removed absorbs b12 and important nutrition.In Sept 04 had to have gall bladder removed due to malabsorbtion and malnutrition.I receive shots at hosp monthly,with one being sandostatin costing over 8,000 an injection.I drink cholestyramine,take pancreas enzymes meds,and all natural food vitamins as well as just started flora q.My colorectal surgeon will not do a colostomy as I am not well enough.Can't get my weight above low 80's.I am home confined,in protective wear and have been living this way since 2001.I take amino acids,medium chain triglycerides and pray for another miracle,as it is a miracle that I survived the first 2 yrs.I was hoping that I might be able to learn to eat better and improve my situation through talking to people who have gone through similar.I have not been able to find anyone like myself and I hear trial and error from all drs regularly.They really don't know what or how to help me.I know the basics to not eat,sugars are gone,and fruits and vegs don't work,as well as nothing greasy at all.I can get away with small amount of olive oil,or tiny bit of butter.Anything someone can suggest would be very appreciated.
