Had to happen sometime... 14 weeks post-op, probably been through 30-40 pouches by now (I change more frequently than the wafer), I finally got a defective one. Not an out and out disaster, thankfully -- there was a pinhole in the tail so it oozes a little bit (ew) when I'm fastening the velcro but as long as I don't put undue pressure on it it stays clean during the day. I tucked the tail up under the cloth covering on the pouch for a little insurance and will swap for a better one when I get home.
Should I bother reporting it to Hollister or the pharmacy? I'm pretty sure I already threw away the original box so I don't have the lot code or anything. This one came from my personal stash (had to pay out of pocket because I decided to switch to opaque pouches after I had already ordered my max for the month) so I'm a little extra peeved
