Help!!!

This is the 3rd night n a row the actual bag itself has come away from the flange baseplate and left me with a gaping hole. I never had an issue with the 15mm-40mm bags but since changing to the 15mm-60mm flange this has happened every night.

The flange is still stuck to me good and fast but this gap appears each night without fail :(

Has anyone else experienced this?

Probably a manufacturing flaw leading to a weakness in the bags.

Try a different batch if you can.

I've had it happen on three occasions in 2 1/2 years. One time it came away completely as you described, the other two there was "seepage" where the seal was compromised. I ditched the rest of the box they came from. I haven't had it happen for about a year now, but do worry it may happen again. I haven't yet opted for another bag, as other than that, these work well for me.
