Ostomy Supply Tips? Please?! Anyone?

Sooo I have been using Coloplast Sensura Click almost exclusively for a year and a half. I used Hollister some but I am not a fan of their pouch closures. They're kind of messy. However, my skin is constantly irritated and I'm always soooo itchy. It drives me crazy. No matter what I do I can't seem to get it to heal up. It is better than it had been. For a while I had a yeast rash but now it's just irritation. I get three nights from each wafer but even that is pushing it. Does anyone have any suggestions on a brand of supplies that is better for irritable, sensitive skin?
P.s..I've tried Friar's Balsam as well as Nystatin-type creams. I used no skin preps because those just made the wafer not adhere to my skin.

I haven't showed it to a nurse...my insurance does not cover anything to do with my ostomy, so every thing costs me.

It is irritated under much of the wafer, so I am a bit nervous to cut the wafer in case it falls off without enough support? I wear the smallest wafer size that Coloplast offers for adults, so I don't have much to cut...

I used oversize alcohol wipes from ReliaMed to remove the adhesives and clean around my stoma. Then I shower and make a nice pool of water around it a few times. After I dry off I use tincture of Benzoin (swabsticks), cut my Eakin ring and wrap it around my problem areas (bottom left side outputs the most and erodes faster), then I wipe 3M Cavilon around the outside of the Eakin, and seal it off with Cymed micro-skin bags.

I failed miserably with powders + cavilon to form what the WOCN called a "healing paste".... could never get the powder where I needed it. Hollister bags leaked on me too much and Convatec's were too rigid.
