chronic diarrhea after surgery

ok here's the rundown...
08. subtotalcolectony. chronic diarrhea (10-12/day & 2-3@nite). diagnosed with hypogammaglobulanemia. get monthly iv ig infusions. much improv. in diarrhea. nissan fudoplication in 12due to severe acid reflux. chronic rectal prolapse became unreducable last summer. had open rectopexy. prolapse again few months later. tried banding this december. prolapse again less than one month later. just had delorme procedure. diarrhea so awful I cannot leave the house. rectal pain. hardly eating anything. suggestions please!!! I can't live like this

hi sue. Thx for responding. trying Imodium now with some success tho not enough. yes checked for c. diff. clean. just heard about tincture of opium. have to ask Dr. I don't know if it's a combo of all the surgeries to my gut or what...but I need relief

Thx again due. I'm using 1.5 now because I'm afraid of constipation. rectum still making from prolapse repair so straining is not option.
