Hi, well without a colon your stools will be pretty liquidy - our colons are the organ that absorb all the liquid, and without the colon it's normal for your stools to be soft and/or liquidy.
I've been colon-less for almost 20 years, imodium and lomotil never did anything for me. Also, I could never pass gas without being on the toilet or there would be a huge mess in my pants. I found that I could kind of control my stool from being too liquidy by eating white bread, bananas, potatoes, rice, thickening foods like that.
Are you keeping well enough hydrated? Little snake type poos only happened to me when I was really dehydrated or when I needed my stricture dilated. Make sure you are drinking a lot, but if you are feeling like you have to strain, call your GI or surgeon as you may have a stricture developing.
Best of luck
