Itching!!!

I had a colonoscopy. The stoma is uneven and it goes below the surface of my skin and stool comes out from between my skin and the stoma. The stool is a thick paste and stays over stoma, and it itches intensely. What should I do or what could I use to relieve this? I tried the stoma powder and it didn't work.

Do you mean a Colostomy? Is it permanent or temporary?

Do you use a convex wafer? That would help pull the stoma up/out a little to maybe keep it off your skin.
