Welcome Red to the forums at HW. Most reviews are standard and generally for the purpose of finding out what if anything concerning your qualifying illness, disease, or health problems have gotten better or worse or remained the same.
The process can stop at one questionnaire or up to several and a consult with a SSA Dr. The review committee will either be satisfied with the first paperwork returned or may request additional information.
The best way to ensure a easy and short review is to always maintain good records and get copies of everything for your personal file, scans, tests, labs, any new or continuing Dr visits, hospitalizations,ER visits. Yes they could send for those but I have found it much easier to Answer their questions, provide names, dates, and such with this information at hand and quicker.
It's really easy to forget something that happened 5-6 years ago. Also that you continue to see your Drs on a regular basis, you would be surprised how many win their case and stop going regularly to Drs.
Answer the questionnaire as precisely as possible and honestly with simple short to the point answers and promptly return it, do not miss any deadlines for returning paperwork!!
You should be fine and most don't lose at review for anything other then failure to return something they ask for.
I hope this helps and good luck!
