Total Abdominal Colectomy Re Colonic Inertia from Gallbladder Removal Also Have a Sleeve

Anyone out there have a Gastric Sleeve that has then gotten a total colectomy?  I'm scheduled for the colectomy next month and I'm freaking a little.  I had weight loss surgery that was perfection.  BUT, then my gallbladder fizzled out and had to be removed.  During that surgery it is thought that a nerve controlling the ability of my colon to move was nicked or removed, hence the colonic inertia.  Everyone with CI knows the drill...lots and lots of lax's and sicker and sicker.  So removing my entire colon is what we're going to do.  I'm reading that you have many loose BMs a day after the removal but I'm wondering what the effect of me having a banana for a stomach is going to do thrown into the mix?  Anyone?
