Baseplate wrinkling

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what they do to fix it. I put on a new bag today (coloplast trial) with a seal. When I first put it on it was nice and flat and appeared to seal decently well (small little gap, think I'm going to try rolling the seal next time to get it to fill in better). After about 3 hours or so of wearing the baseplate is wrinkling some. I'm wondering if this will cause significant leakage or if the seal will fill in that area. I've been trying to get it to flatten up, but it just keeps wrinkling up on me. Should I just change the bag now? Any idea why it happened in the first place? All help appreciated!

Im a newbie too! But if you wanna email me a picture of what your talking about maybe I can help. Is it possible your skin wasnt all the day dry? Maybe it seemed to stick at first but if there was moisture that dried up it may have killed the adhesiveness in those areas.

If its just the putter ring it shouldn't cause any major issues as long as the wafer circle is on really well. Thats the main protection.

It was dry. I don't change them very fast and I screwed up the first one because the seal moved on me after I stuck the bag on so it had extra drying time. Maybe I got a defective bag or something. I'm used to having a little wrinkling on the edges sometimes but never had it so close to the stoma. Think I may end up trying out the 2 pieces because I seem to have better luck with a slightly larger baseplate.

I wouldn't worry about wrinkling- mine do that too. Unless there is an actual leak, you're more likely to irritate your skin by changing things too frequently.

I get wrinkling all over my wafer and it has never been a problem. It is going to bend and fold wherever your skin does.
