Thanks for the responses.
I don't have any pain when I pass the mucous. To be honest I don't even know if I'd call this pain or even spasming, it's more of a discomfort/soreness I guess.
After step 1 I'd have spamming which felt like I had to bear down and push and THAT was painful because I was scared my butthole would go inside out LOL! (I know it's called a prolapse but as I was typing that I couldn't help but laugh at it). Anyways, this is more of a soreness I guess. I don't feel urgency, I don't feel like I need to bear down or anything. Also, when I tighten the muscles it relieves it while it's tightened...it's the oddest thing to describe.
I have my follow up with my surgeon on Monday which is when she'll remove the bridge and I'll discuss it with her. However, after surgery they did have a wad oh gauze in my rectum which they later pulled out (FYI dried blood, butt hair and post-op discomfort don't mix) so idk maybe it's still soreness from all of that. I'll keep you all posted to what I'm told on Monday. In the mean time I'd love to hear anymore suggestions or if anyone can relate. Thanks.
